*Do you take insurance?

Bright Spark Therapy does not accept insurance at this time. Upon request, we can provide an itemized invoice with diagnostic and treatment codes to families to submit to their insurance companies for reimbursement out of network.  We cannot guarantee any reimbursement from insurance and encourage families to contact their insurance companies prior to beginning therapy with us if they plan to pursue this option. We are currently credentialed with Tricare Select!

*What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards, Health Savings Accounts, and are approved through the state of Florida as providers for the Family Empowerment Scholarship (FES), formerly known as Gardiner scholarship.  We are also credentialed with Tricare Select. We use the Ivy Pay application for HIPAA-secure, PCI-protected payments.

*What ages do you treat?

Bright Spark therapists specialize in treating children ages birth thru 12.

*Where do you offer services? 

We currently offer therapy services in the natural environment. This includes home, school, and daycare settings. We customize our services so that we can work with your child on skill development in “real time” and can be there for you and your family during activities or routines that can be challenging while they happen.
