Sara Werner, MA CCC-SLP
Sara Werner is a Speech Language Pathologist licensed in the state of Florida and certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA). She completed her Master’s in Speech Language Pathology at the University of Florida. Her goal is to provide individualized therapy that is effective and meaningful for each child and their family. She has experience working in outpatient, school, and private practice settings. She has a passion for feeding therapy, orofacial myology and speech and language disorders. Sara has experience working with infants , toddlers and children and has had advanced training in feeding disorders, myofunctional therapy techniques, and treatment of apraxia of speech.
Jennifer Poe, OTR/L, BCP
Jennifer Peterson Poe received her Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center (Rock Chalk!) and is board certified in pediatrics by AOTA. She has been working in pediatrics for 25 years in early intervention, school therapy, outpatient pediatrics and private practice and is certified as an Infant Massage Instructor through the Loving Touch Foundation. Jennifer has worked on IEP teams and in school leadership roles to build programs and provide training for teachers and staff and has mentored many therapists throughout her career. She most enjoys working with children and their families to problem solve and develop strategies that are individualized and specific to their needs and environment. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys travel, playing tennis and spending time with her family.
Autumn Weeks, DPT
Autumn Weeks is an experienced pediatric physical therapist who received her doctorate of physical therapy from the University of North Florida in 2014. She has 8 years of experience working with children of all ages in both the hospital and outpatient settings. Autumn greatly enjoys her job and brings enthusiasm, knowledge and fun to her therapy sessions. She has solid experience working with infants and children with a variety of diagnoses including torticollis, gross motor delay, cerebral palsy, incoordination, orthopedic conditions, and a variety of neurological conditions. She has a passion for holistic care and offers practical advice to help families gain confidence in enhancing their child’s development and achieving their goals.
Rachel Hike, MS CCC-SLP
Rachel Hike is a Speech Language Pathologist licensed in the state of Florida and certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association. She completed her Master’s of Science in Speech Language Pathology degree at Jacksonville University in 2019. Rachel has experience working with pediatric and adult populations in school and post-acute skilled nursing settings. She has a passion for treating speech and language disorders, cognitive disorders, and dysphagia. In her free time, Rachel enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with friends and family.
Lindsey Oshel, OTR/L
Lindsey Oshel is an occupational therapist that is licensed in Florida and has a National certification to practice through the NBCOT. Lindsey received her Master’s degree from Tennessee State university in 2018 and has been a pediatric occupational therapist for 7 years. She has experience working in schools and in the outpatient clinic including working with families and school staff in IEP meetings. Most recently, Lindsey has gained a great deal of experience working with children that have autism and challenges with emotional regulation needs. Lindsey enjoys partnering with families to develop goals that are specific to the needs of the child and family as a whole.
Dayana Alvarez, OTR/L
Dayana Alvarez is a bilingual Occupational Therapist licensed in the state of Florida and is nationally certified to practice through NBCOT. Dayana received her Occupational Therapy Doctorate degree from Jacksonville University. She has experience working with children with ASD, developmental delays, cerebral palsy, and more. She has a previous background in social work that provided her with many opportunities to work with families in various settings. Dayana believes in working with families as a whole in order to provide the most meaningful care and experience. On her time off she enjoys spending time with her family in the community and traveling.
Michelle Klindtworth, MS CCC-SLP
Michelle Klindtworth is a Speech Language Patholigst who received her Master’s degree from Florida State University in 2008. She has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA and is licensed to practice within the state of Florida. Michelle has nearly 15 years experience diagnosing and treating pediatric speech and language disorders. She has worked with children of all ages and grade levels within the school system and in clinical outpatient settings. Michelle has extensive experience in the areas of language and literacy, Autism, early intervention, executive functioning, articulation and phonemic awareness. When she’s not working, Michelle enjoys hiking, spending time with her family and exploring new places.
Beverly Reyes, DPT
Beverly Reyes is a physical therapist who is highly skilled and dedicated to helping children of all ages and abilites achieve their fullest potential. She graduated from UPR Medcial Science Campus with a Master of Sciences in Physical Therapy in 2012 and earned her post-graduate Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2015. With over 10 years of experience in a variety of settings, including outpatient and inpatient rehab as a neuro PT, she has helped children with a variety of diagnoses, including autism, ADHD, hypotonia, cerebral palsy, genetic conditions, torticollis, global motor delays and other congenital and acquired neuromuscular disorders. Additionally, Beverly is an experienced peer counselor and lactation counselor, assisting families of nursing dyads with underlying physical difficulties that may impact breastfeeding. With a strong commitment to providing the most holistic care, Beverly is dedicated to empowering her patients and helping them achieve their goals.
Natalie Reuther, MA CCC-SLP
Natalie Reuther is a Florida licensed pediatric Speech Language Pathologist who received her Master’s degree at the University of Florida in 2018. She is certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and has been serving patients and their families in clinical outpatient settings for 5 years. She enjoys collaborating with families to provide meaningful and effective therapy for children with speech and language disorders. Additionally, her areas of interest include orofacial myology and feeding disorders. While not providing therapy, Natalie enjoys quality time with her family, serving the music ministry at church, and savoring a good cup of Cuban coffee.
Jen Cunningham, MS CCC-SLP
Jen Cunningham is a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed in the state of Florida and certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA). She completed her Masters of Science degree from Southern Illinois University in 2004. Jen is a Lead SLP in the Clay County District schools and is currently working at an elementary school. She also has provided therapy within outpatient and private practice settings. She has helped students with a variety of exceptionalities such as Speech and/or Language Disorders, Fluency, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Specific Learning Disability, Apraxia, and Developmentally Delayed. In her free time, Jen enjoys traveling, finding shark teeth and spending time with her family and pets.
Ronda Corfield, MS CCC-SLP
Ronda Corfield is a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed in the state of Florida and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA). She completed her Masters of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2012. Ronda is a SLP in Clay County School District and is currently working at an elementary school and Head Start preschool. Ronda has students with a variety of exceptionalities such as Speech and/or Language Disorders, Fluency, Voice, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Specific Learning Disability, Apraxia, and Developmentally Delayed. She also has provided therapy within the skilled nursing and home health settings with adults, helping individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. Outside of her professional life Ronda enjoys traveling, boating, and spending time with her family.
Lisa Towery, OTR/L
Lisa Towery is a highly experienced and passionate occupational therapist with over 35 years of dedicated service in the pediatric field. Lisa ia certified through the NBCOT and is licensed to practice in the state of Florida. She earned her degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Florida and has since built a successful career specializing in early intervention, school therapy, outpatient pediatrics, and private practice. Throughout her extensive career, she has worked with children of various ages, helping them achieve their developmental goals and improve their daily living skills. Lisa is very committed to her field and is deeply passionate about supporting the growth and success of the children and families she serves.
Meghan Bonham, MS CF-SLP
Meghan Bonham is a licensed Speech Language Patholigist in the state of Florida, receiving her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!) and her master’s degree from Jacksonville University. Meghan has known that she wanted to be an SLP from an early age, riven by her passion for helping others and her love for working with children. Meghan’s experience spans a wide range of ages from pediatrics to geriatrics and she has worked with children with a wide array of diagnoses. Meghan is especially passionate about working with children and their families to help them build confidence, overcome challenges, and ultimately find their voice.
Karen Reckamp, OTR/L, ATP, SMS
Karen Reckamp is a compassionate and family centered occupational therapist with 30 years of pediatric experience. Additional certifications and expertise include: Assistive Technology Practitioner (ATP), Seating & Mobility Specialist (SMS), On Time Mobility, autism & sensory processing, splinting/casting, Constraint Induced Movement Therapy (CIMT), NMES, kinesiotaping, brachial plexus palsy, aquatic therapy, cortical visual impairment and neurological conditions. Originally from Ohio (go buckeyes!) Karen moved to Florida in 1994. She resides here with her husband, 2 children and Elsa–her adorable Jack-chi. Karen enjoys hiking, biking and crafting (of course!) and her passion is making therapy fun and functional!
