Sara Werner, MA CCC-SLP

Sara Werner is a Speech Language Pathologist licensed in the state of Florida and certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA). She completed her Master’s in Speech Language Pathology at the University of Florida. Her goal is to provide individualized therapy that is effective and meaningful for each child and their family.  She has experience working in outpatient, school, and private practice settings. She has a passion for feeding therapy, orofacial myology and speech and language disorders.  Sara has experience working with infants , toddlers and children and has had advanced training in feeding disorders, myofunctional therapy techniques, and treatment of apraxia of speech.

Jennifer Poe, OTR/L, BCP

Jennifer Peterson Poe received her Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center (Rock Chalk!) and is board certified in pediatrics by AOTA. She has been working in pediatrics for 25 years in early intervention, school therapy, outpatient pediatrics and private practice and is certified as an Infant Massage Instructor through the Loving Touch Foundation. Jennifer has worked on IEP teams and in school leadership roles to build programs and provide training for teachers and staff and has mentored many therapists throughout her career. She most enjoys working with children and their families to problem solve and develop strategies that are individualized and specific to their needs and environment. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys travel, playing tennis and spending time with her family.

Autumn Weeks, DPT

Autumn Weeks is an experienced pediatric physical therapist who received her doctorate of physical therapy from the University of North Florida in 2014. She has 8 years of experience working with children of all ages in both the hospital and outpatient settings. Autumn greatly enjoys her job and brings enthusiasm, knowledge and fun to her therapy sessions. She has solid experience working with infants and children with a variety of diagnoses including torticollis, gross motor delay, cerebral palsy, incoordination, orthopedic conditions, and a variety of neurological conditions. She has a passion for holistic care and offers practical advice to help families gain confidence in enhancing their child’s development and achieving their goals.

Rachel Hike, MS CCC-SLP

Rachel Hike is a Speech Language Pathologist licensed in the state of Florida and certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association. She completed her Master’s of Science in Speech Language Pathology degree at Jacksonville University in 2019. Rachel has experience working with pediatric and adult populations in school and post-acute skilled nursing settings. She has a passion for treating speech and language disorders, cognitive disorders, and dysphagia. In her free time, Rachel enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with friends and family.

Lindsey Oshel, OTR/L

Lindsey Oshel is an occupational therapist that is licensed in Florida and has a National certification to practice through the NBCOT. Lindsey received her Master’s degree from Tennessee State university in 2018 and has been a pediatric occupational therapist for 7 years. She has experience working in schools and in the outpatient clinic including working with families and school staff in IEP meetings. Most recently, Lindsey has gained a great deal of experience working with children that have autism and challenges with emotional regulation needs. Lindsey enjoys partnering with families to develop goals that are specific to the needs of the child and family as a whole. 

Dayana Alvarez, OTR/L

Dayana Alvarez is a bilingual Occupational Therapist licensed in the state of Florida and is nationally certified to practice through NBCOT. Dayana received her Occupational Therapy Doctorate degree from Jacksonville University. She has experience working with children with ASD, developmental delays, cerebral palsy, and more. She has a previous background in social work that provided her with many opportunities to work with families in various settings. Dayana believes in working with families as a whole in order to provide the most meaningful care and experience. On her time off she enjoys spending time with her family in the community and traveling.  

Michelle Klindtworth, MS CCC-SLP

Michelle Klindtworth is a Speech Language Patholigst who received her Master’s degree from Florida State University in 2008. She has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA and is licensed to practice within the state of Florida. Michelle has nearly 15 years experience diagnosing and treating pediatric speech and language disorders. She has worked with children of all ages and grade levels within the school system and in clinical outpatient settings. Michelle has extensive experience in the areas of language and literacy, Autism, early intervention, executive functioning, articulation and phonemic awareness. When she’s not working, Michelle enjoys hiking, spending time with her family and exploring new places.

Beverly Reyes, DPT

Beverly Reyes is a physical therapist who is highly skilled and dedicated to helping children of all ages and abilites achieve their fullest potential. She graduated from UPR Medcial Science Campus with a Master of Sciences in Physical Therapy in 2012 and earned her post-graduate Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2015. With over 10 years of experience in a variety of settings, including outpatient and inpatient rehab as a neuro PT, she has helped children with a variety of diagnoses, including autism, ADHD, hypotonia, cerebral palsy, genetic conditions, torticollis, global motor delays and other congenital and acquired neuromuscular disorders. Additionally, Beverly is an experienced peer counselor and lactation counselor, assisting families of nursing dyads with underlying physical difficulties that may impact breastfeeding. With a strong commitment to providing the most holistic care, Beverly is dedicated to empowering her patients and helping them achieve their goals.
